What is Impulse 4000?
Impulse 4000 is a deep penetration magnetic pulse device which helps damaged nerves, which in turn stimulates the nervous system increasing blood flow to aid the healing of affected areas of your body.
Impulse 4000 has been specifically designed to deliver an all-natural, safe and effective treatment for pain without the use of harmful drugs or unnecessary expensive surgery.

What does treatment by a practitioner entail?
As a practitioner, when you see a patient the first time you will discuss their pain concerns, take clinical notes, and after assessment treat with the Impulse 4000. Sessions generally last from xx mins to xx mins for most people. Patients may feel a tingling sensation. It will not be painful.
For acute injuries the treatment time is usually about 30 minutes. You will be encouraged to question patients for any changes they feel or sensations they experience. The aim is to achieve a change in their condition during the first treatment.
In some cases patients may feel worse after the treatment. This is nothing to be alarmed about – it is a good sign! It indicates that their body is responding quickly and a change is occurring. Make notes of any changes that occur after the first treatment. At subsequent treatments you will ask about any changes that have happened since last treatment.
It is not necessary to be present for the full duration of the treatment, however monitoring during the treatment is encouraged.

What do I need to become a practitioner?
1. You will need to become certified by Health Solutions Technology to operate the unit, and assess clients. Certification is included as part of our Impulse 4000 Lease arrangement.
2. You need a suitable area where you can treat clients with the Impulse 4000. The area you treat should be comfortable, offer a wooden chair (for seated treatments), or a wooden massage table (for treatments lying down). We would suggest a desk where you can take notes and a simple chair for the client to sit on while you are gathering information. As the unit itself does not take up a lot of room, any small room would suffice. Consideration should be given for the comfort of your clients.

5. Enter into a Lease Agreement over a specified term with Health Solutions Technology Pty Ltd for use of the Impulse 4000.

What does it cost to Lease the Impulse 4000?
Currently lease terms are for 2 or 4 years and lease cost of the device is $250 per week payable by direct credit each month.

When I lease an Impulse 4000, am I designated a particular area in which to practice?
No. This is not a franchise. Our Lease Agreement does not inhibit where you can practice. The Impulse 4000 is portable and comes with its own carry case which means you can practice anywhere you have a suitable area and treatment table.

Can I sub lease the Impulse 4000?
No. Our Lease Agreement expressly prohibits the sub leasing of the Impulse 4000 to safeguard unauthorised use.

Who can I treat with Impulse 4000?
Anyone is suitable with the exception of the following:
Pregnant and Lactating Women
Persons with artificial heart pacemakers
Persons under the age of
Note: Persons with metal plates or implants can be treated ,however there is a clinic protocol to establish if they are safe to treat.
The business would rely on the Impulse 4000 for me to generate income. -

What happens if the Impulse 4000 malfunctions or breaks down?
Contact Health Solutions Technology immediately. We will arrange for the unit to be transported back to base and another unit will be sent to you by the quickest possible means to the place of your business. Unfortunately, this may mean that you cannot perform treatments for a period of 24-48 hours however our aim is to get you back in business as quickly as possible.
Health Solutions Technology undertakes to service the Impulse 4000 unit and our Lease Agreement prohibits servicing by anyone other than Health Solutions Technology.

How can I best start my business?

Can I sell my business?
If you have built up your business and wish to sell it, you will need to contact Health Solutions Technology Pty Ltd and request a transfer of the Impulse 4000 lease. The new owner will need to sit for “Certification Testing” in order to operate the unit before being allowed to undertake a lease of the Impulse 4000 unit.

What sort of return can I expect from being a practitioner?
What your income is will be is purely dictated by how many hours you are prepared to put into growing your business. As an example, should you undertake 4 hours a day (seeing 4 clients), at a rate of $80 per 50min session, x 5 days per week, you can expect to earn $1600 (less any overheads and applicable taxes)
